Article 6.3 outlines the means by which the Society may dissolve a Teaching and Learning Group. Network functions and presentations provide opportunities for professional development and the sharing of resources and ideas about good learning and teaching practice. The Learning Teacher Network LTN works with teachers and educators around the world to promote a vision of education as a means of creating and maintaining a sustainable world.

Diana Chapman Walsh serves on the governing boards the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard the Kaiser Family Foundation the Institute for Healthcare Improvement the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Mind and Life Institute and on several national advisory boards. Diana Chapman Walsh began her professional career in the fall of 1966 at Barnard College. She spent five years in the early 1970s as the information and education director for the Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts on whose board she continued to serve for a decade.
